Last week, Team Dalmatian headed to London to take part in Changeboard’s Future Talent Conference, which brings together senior HR Leaders and Directors. The conference attracted over 750 attendees and speakers included EasyJet Chief Executive Carolyn McCall, philosopher Alain de Botton, Dame Katherine Grainger and Sir Clive Woodward.

For Dalmatian Systems, it was a chance for us to finally reveal what we’ve been working on and the response has been overwhelming!

Dalmatian PROServer is heading up the inevitable digital revolution of the recruitment industry. Having the functionality of an ATS system, PROServer is so much more. It has the capability to allow you to manage the whole of your recruitment process from posting a job advert, to liaising with candidates to arranging interviews to managing the full onboarding process.

PROServer also has a succession planning functionality. Recruiting for a new member of staff can cost up to £30,000, there’s the obvious cost of placing the advert and recruitment fees, but then those that aren’t so obvious; the cost of having another member of staff cover the role whilst you wait for the right person to be able to start. Then there’s the time it takes to get that new member of staff up to speed. All these factors are a drain on your businesses resources.

Making use of our succession planning function means that you are making the most of your current staff, you are working with your staff to develop their skills and promote from within. This cuts down on the need to spend huge amounts of money on recruitment.

The landscape of recruitment is changing and that change will be digital, do you really want to be one step behind your competitors?
