Following on from the death of our founder and Managing Director Ken Trinder, Dalmatian Systems, will be continuing the work started by Ken and are very much on track for our June 6th launch.

Ken’s daughter and Marketing Director, Katie Trinder said, “The last few months have been tough for all of us on a personal level, as Dad was such a massive force behind the business; however, he was also a huge inspiration and has worked with all of us individually inspiring us to continue with his legacy. Dalmatian Systems is very much on track to be the world’s leading Career Management tool it was always intended to be”

There will be a couple of day to day personnel changes, with our Product Director Richard Sangster taking over the role of Managing Director. Richard’s career spans over 20 years, during which time he’s worked for companies such as Daewoo, GE Capital, Voice Data Creation and before he joined Dalmatian Systems, spent 12 years at Epyx, working as their Disposal Network Product Manager. Richard said “I’m very much looking forward to what the future has to hold for Dalmatian Systems, and I can’t wait for the system to go live on 6th June. Both “Dalmatian PROServer” and “Dalmatian, Be Spotted” have been created to the highest specification and there’s no doubt in my mind that when we go live, it will change the way businesses not only recruit new staff, but also manage their succession planning. The “Be Spotted side will help people manage their career their way”
